Patient health records are retained in accordance with BC health records legislation (generally a minimum of 10 years from last patient contact, or until a minor patient reaches age 19 plus 10 years).
Website analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policies (up to 26 months by default for GA4).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include secure data storage, access controls, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
